The event is expected to include free hot dogs, music, guest speakers and more and will take place at the main entrance to Graham Park, 800 Walnut Street.

The City of Greenville received a $500,000 grant from the Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife for the effort to renovate Graham Park and provided a $500,000 match.

The mprovements under the project included fountains, a fishing pier, a nine-hole disc golf course, a walking trail, a dog park and a splash pad, which will be available for use at the push of a button. The banks of the Graham Park “lake” were stabilized, while new and updated playground equipment was installed
