GREENVILLE — The Texas Department of Transportation has announced that westbound Interstate 30, just east of Sulphur Springs at Rock Creek will be closed Thursday morning to allow for an emergency repair of pavement at a bridge approach. Westbound traffic will be diverted from the ramp at FM 69 to the entrance ramp just west of Loop 301.
