GREENVILLE —
One of two suspects allegedly caught on camera in April while burglarizing a residence just north of Greenville has been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty in connection with the case.
Shaun Michael Funderburk also pleaded guilty this week to additional indictments involving a high speed pursuit and accident which occurred as officers attempted to arrest him on the original burglary warrant.
Funderburk, 34, of Greenville, was indicted by the Hunt County grand jury on one count of burglary of a habitation by committing theft, one count of evading arrest/deadly weapon and one count of failure to stop and render aid.
Funderburk pleaded guilty Wednesday to all three indictments during a hearing in the 196th District Court.
