The City of Greenville has recorded three official triple digit high temperatures so far this summer.
It is likely to double that tally by the end of the weekend.
After a high of 97 degrees Wednesday, the National Weather Service Forecast is calling for a high temperature of around 98 degrees today, and highs at or above 100 degrees for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
But take heart, Monday's forecast is calling for a return to a high temperature of "only" 97 degrees.
There is no rain in the forecast and Hunt County, as well as most of the surrounding area, is listed under moderate fire danger conditions today by the Texas Forest Service.
