CADDO MILLS —
A Quinlan man remained hospitalized Friday, recovering after being shot during an early Thursday morning narcotics raid by the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team.
Cory Parker, 32, of Quinlan, was reported in stable condition at a Plano hospital Friday afternoon. He was formally charged Friday with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against a public servant and one count of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance of more than one but less than 200 grams.
All of the charges are first degree felonies, each punishable by a maximum sentence upon conviction of from five to 99 years to life in prison and an optional fine of up to $10,000.
