Benefit car show in Caddo Mills October 20

GREENVILLE — CADDO MILLS — The Caddo Mills Motor Club will be hosting its Third Annual Benefit Cars & Crafts show on Oct. 20 at the Caddo Mills Middle School.

Registration for the event begins at 8 a.m. with judging beginning at 11 a.m. The registration fee is $20 per entry. The awards ceremony is set for 2 p.m.

This outdoor event will feature more than 20  classes of cars, trucks, motorcycles and tractors with first and second place awards begin given out for each class.

Kids can have an opportunity to vote for their favorite with the Kids Choice Awards.

The event, taking place at 2700 Gilmer Street in Caddo Mills will include craft booths, entertainment, and great Bar-B-Que. In addition, new cars will be displayed by local dealerships during the show.

 The local Lions Club will be on hand to accept donations of eyeglasses.

Proceeds from the show will be used for worthy charitable causes in the local area, including the clubs scholarship fund and the local food pantry.

The event is free and open to the public.
