GREENVILLE —
Prosecutors are trying again this week to try a Mexican national accused of firing on officers with the Greenville Police Department during the summer of 2010.
Two mistrials have been declared in the case of Francisco Javier Davila-Rodriguez, who is facing multiple felony counts. He has pleaded not guilty.
Jury selection is scheduled today in the 354th District Court.
