GREENVILLE —
The Greenville City Council is scheduled Tuesday to formally announce the proposed property tax rate for the upcoming fiscal year.
The Council also intends to officially schedule the annual public hearings on the proposed budget and tax rate, as well as the votes to adopt both, which will take place next month.
If the proposed tax rate looks familiar, it is because it is the same property tax rate which the city has been operating under during the current fiscal year and also the previous fiscal year.
