More elections to consider in November

Voters served by two area school districts will be choosing new board members in November, while citizens of one Hunt County city will be picking members of their city council on the same day at the general election.

Residents served by the Boles and Cumby Independent School Districts will be voting for their boards of trustees, and voters in West Tawakoni will be casting ballots for their city council, on Nov. 6.

The entities chose to move their elections this year from May to November, so as not to conflict with the rescheduled political party primary elections.
