GREENVILLE —
It doesn’t appear as much right at the moment, simply a photo of a crumbled area of masonry at the end of one wall at the front of Crossroads Mall.
But Greenville Board of Development President and CEO Greg Sims said it represents the long anticipated first step in the transformation of the mall property into a completely different style of shopping center.
“It has begun,” Sims said.
Sims took the picture Tuesday and attached it to a notice which he sent this week to all members of the Board of Development.
