A jury has begun deliberating guilt or innocence in the trial of a local man charged with murder in connection with a shooting death in Greenville during July 2011.
Antonio Derrance Fletcher has pleaded not guilty to one count of murde in connection with the death Javon Newman.
The jury in the 354th District Court began deliberations shortly before 3 p.m. today.
