GREENVILLE —
A Royse City woman was killed and three other individuals were injured in a Saturday night two vehicle collision.
The Texas Department of Public Safety reported that Caroline Caswell, 71, died in the accident south of Union Valley.
According to the report, Caswell was driving a 2006 Dodge Caravan and was pulling out of a private drive near the intersection of State Highway 276 and Farm-to-Market Road 35 at around 7:15 p.m. Saturday when the Caravan was struck by a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Richard Glenn Hartline Jr. of Quinlan.
Hartline and a passenger in the Tahoe were transported to Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville for treatment of scrapes and bruises.
A passenger in the Caravan was treated at the same hospital for a broken arm.
