GREENVILLE — Cream Cheese Cake – Rose Marie Williamson
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 box yellow cake mix
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch salt
Combine melted butter, 1 beaten egg and cake mix in greased 9x13-inch pan.
Combine softened cream cheese, 2 eggs, brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt.
Beat until smooth.
Spread mixture over cake mixture.
Bake in preheated oven (325 degrees) for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
