Belinda Smallwood, 54, of Garland, passed away July 11, 2012, at her home. She was born Nov. 16, 1957 in Moab, Utah to Ernest and Allie Samples Smallwood
Belinda worked as a document support analyst for 17 years. Recently, she worked for Wal-Mart for the last five years.
Belinda is survived by her son, Houston Mulanax of Garland; daughter, Melinda Mulanax of Garland; brothers, Daniel Blundell of Longview, Donald Keith Blundell of Dallas and Robert Smallwood of Lake Dallas; sisters, Kathleen Rayshell of Campbell, Debbie Block of Tuckerman, Ark., and Beaulah Leonard of Gilmer; grandchildren, Micaila Milroy of Garland, Breeana Mulanax of Royse City, Jaydan Mulanax of Garland, Nathaniel Fields of Garland and Keagan Parker of Frisco.
She was preceded in death by her birth parents, Robert Henry Blundell and Betty Ruth Smallwood; and adoptive parents, Ernest and Allie Smallwood; one brother, Bobby Henry Smallwood, one sister, Teresa Schamp.
Visitation will be Monday, July 16, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lynch Funeral Service in Greenville. A graveside service will be Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the Shiloh Cemetery Greenville with Roy Cummings officiating.
