GREENVILLE —
Welton A. “Willie” Williams, 87, of Murfreesboro, Ark., died Sept. 18, 2012, in Nashville, Ark. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Forest Park Cemetery in Greenville under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Marvin McDaniel will officiate.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Williams was born June 13, 1925, in Vivian, La. He married Ellen June Johnson on Aug. 13, 1949, in Irving. He was a retired welder from Lone Star Gas Company.
Survivors include sons Wayne Williams of The Colony and James Williams of Rowlett.
He was preceded in death by his wife, one brother and one sister.
