FARMERSVILLE —
Bobby Gene Bagby, 71,of Farmersville passed away Oct. 23, 2012, in McKinney.
He was born June 22, 1941, in Wolfe City, the son of Willie Alton and Vada Emma Warwick Bagby. He married Linda R. Reynolds Oct. 7, 1961, in Garland. He was retired from Kraft Foods and served in the United States Army and was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Bagby of Farmersville and children Allen Bagby and Kimberlyn Kay McKinney and husband Brian, all of Farmersville, and Timothy Ray Bagby and wife Cristina of Sachse. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and his siblings, Roy V. Bagby of Farmersville, Billy Joe Bagby of Garland, and Margaret Adair of Bonham.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Farmersville, and interment will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery. Rev. David Meeks will be officiating.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Hurst’s Fielder Baker Funeral Home in Farmersville.
