Delores Harwell McKay, 84, of Wolfe City passed away Oct. 28, 2012, at her sister’s residence in Wills Point.
Mrs. McKay was born Dec. 24, 1927, in the Aberfoyle community near Wolfe City to Mason and Jessie Bringle Harwell.
Mrs. McKay is survived by a daughter, Linda Lee Milton and husband Larry of Greenville; three grandchildren,Lance Milton (Cana’), Jennifer Smith (James) and Julie Sickels; five great- grandchildren, Luke Weise, Sunny Sickels, Harper Milton, Jamison Smith and Silas Milton; a sister; Betty Davis of Wills Point; and two sisters-in-law, Betty Harwell and Shirley Harwell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Mason Harwell Jr., Roy Glenn Harwell, Harold Lynn Harwell, Bobby Joe Harwell and Richard Harwell; and an infant sister.
The family will have a private graveside service.
R.W. Owens & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
