Mary Brock

GREENVILLE — Mary Doralyn Brock was born Sept. 18, 1937, in Grant, Okla., to George Roy and Lottie Jane Wood. Mary passed away Oct. 9, 2012, in Greenville.

On Aug. 25, 1955, Mary married Roy M. Brock in Hugo, Okla. Mary supported Roy in his 20-plus-year career with the United States Air Force, living in Puerto Rico, Ohio, Nebraska, Germany, Las Vegas, and Texas.

She enjoyed bowling and square dancing and was known to “tell it like it is.” Mary took part in the Pot-n-Plant Garden Club, Bridge Club, painting, gardening, cooking, baking and canning.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Roy Brock; children Deena Harper, Carrie Pierce and Amy Lynn Eppler and siblings Carrol Wood, Blenda Branton and Carolyn Burkett.

Her memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Lynch Funeral Service chapel.
