GREENVILLE —
Linda L. McCord, 69, of Greenville passed away Nov. 14, 2012, at Baylor Heart Hospital in Plano. A private graveside was held at Memoryland Memorial Park.
Born Aug.13, 1943, in Emory, Linda was the daughter of Burt and Thelma (Chastain) Mitchell.
On April 5, 1969, in Las Vegas, Nev., she married R.L. McCord. She retired from Johnson and Johnson in Sherman and was a member of the Assembly of God faith.
Her survivors include her husband of Greenville, brother Ed Brady of Grand Saline, sister Sue Barker of Edgewood, and grandson Billy Helms of Arlington.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Rhonda Nelson; one brother and one sister.
