Thomas Kent

GREENVILLE — Thomas Samuel Kent, 77, of Quinlan passed away Feb. 19, 2013.

He was born April 9, 1935, in Norfolk, Neb., to Frank and Mary Kent. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict.

Thomas is survived by daughters Janie Lunday and husband Robert of Grand Prairie, Jo Ann Thompson and husband Jerry Jr. of Greenville, Dana Wagar and husband Billy of Celeste, and Sandy Barnett of Greenville; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery with Brother Don Giddens officiating.  

Rest Haven - Rowlett Chapel is in charge of arrangments.
