Sandra Louise Flick Smith was born April 17, 1938, to Lewis and CeaWylla Walker Flick of Greenville. She died Oct. 2, 2012, in Richardson.
She graduated with the Greenville High School Class of 1956 and East Texas State University Class of 1960.
She was a loving mother, mamaw and aunt who will be missed. She loved spending time with her grandsons and taking care of her beloved dog, Coco, who kept her company.
Her parents and husband Charles Robert Smith preceded her in death.
Sandra is survived by daughter Kelly Smith Pyryt, son-in-law John Pyryt, and grandsons Matthew and Michael Pyryt — all of Garland; brother-in-law Carson Smith of Amarillo and family; a sister-in-law, Vallee (Judy) Cash of Richardson and family; many nieces and nephews and extended family Chris and Terry Pyryt and family.
Services will be at First United Methodist of Richardson at 4 p.m. Friday.
The family thanks the staff of San Remo Rehabilitation and Elysian Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a charity of choice.
Aria Cremation Service and Funeral Home, 19310 Preston Road, in Dallas (75252) is in charge of arrangements.
