GREENVILLE —
Robert Henry “Lock Doc” Pharr, 91, of Wolfe City died Sept. 24, 2012, in Bonham.
He was born June 27, 1921, in Crowley to Joseph “JW” and Della Robinson Pharr.
He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Wolfe City. Robert served in the United States Army during World War II and later retired from the United States Air Force.
He owned and operated a hardware store in Wolfe City and later operated a locksmith business where he became known as “Lock Doc.”
He is survived by two sisters, Martha Trapp of Bay City and Genevieve Reynolds of Wichita Falls; nieces and nephews; and beloved friends Clyde Barrett, Jana Barrett, Emily Barrett, Chase Barrett, Aaron Barrett, and Avery Ryan.
A funeral service is at 10 a.m. today at Calvary Baptist Church in Wolfe City with Bro. Monte Weaver officiating. Interment follows at Mount Carmel Cemetery with the Sheppard Air Force Base Honor Guard providing military honors. Visitation is at 9:30 a.m. today at the church.
Hononary pallbearers are Chase Barrett and Aaron Barrett.
