Gene “Pa Paw” Butler 78, of Greenville, passed away July 19, 2012, in Greenville.
Visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Lynch Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Cumby Cemetery in Cumby.
He was born May 4, 1934 in Greenville to Paul and Virginia Butler Sr. He worked for 50 years as a senior accountant for Mobil Oil in Dallas.
Paul is survived by his wife, Mary A. Butler of Greenville; son, Bubba Butler of Greenville; daughter; Jeanna and husband Chris Heard of Greenville; brother, Russell Butler of Lone Oak, grandchildren, Christa Samples, Chasey Surles, Paul Butler IV, Bryan Butler and five great grandchildren.
