GREENVILLE —
Clinton Bartlett “Bart” Nalls, 58, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Bart was born to W.O. and Ruby Nalls on Jan. 2, 1954, in Greenville. A proud native and lifetime resident of Greenville, Bart married Janet Wenk in February 1992.
Bart was a musician who loved to play his guitar and sing at every opportunity. But his true passion was his family. Bart lived for the time he spent with his wife, children and grandchildren, who lovingly called him “PaPa.” Bart also loved his “family” of co-workers and friends at DalAir, where he worked for many years before his final illness.
Bart was preceded in death by his parents, W.O. and Ruby; his brother, Tony Moss; and six grandchildren.
Those left to celebrate his life include his wife, Janet; sons Danny Anderson and wife Lou and Casey; daughters Charity Nalls Wacaster and husband Shane, Lorraine Anderson, Collen Willman and husband John, Michelle Hamilton and fiancé Johnny Rodriguez, and Jamie; 14 grandchildren; brother Larry Moss; sisters Diane Shaw and Debbie White and husband Bobby; and numerous extended family, friends and neighbors.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Peters Funeral Home.
The family would like to thank caregivers of American Hospice and Chaplain T.J. Cline for their care and attention.
