GREENVILLE — Esterlene Tarver, 95, of Neylandville died Jan. 27, 2013, in California. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Price Temple Church of God in Christ with Supt. R.L. Price officiating. Burial will be in Grundy Memorial Park.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Cozine & Tarver Funeral Home in Greenville.

She was the daughter of Donie and Mary Jones. Mrs. Tarver was a member of the Church of God in Christ.

She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved baby sister, Frankie Mae Anderson of Greenville; her one-of-a-kind sister-in-law, Berdine Tarver of Greenville; two loving granddaughters, Carissa and Chantell Tarver of Mountain House, Calif.; and three great-grandchildren, Caché Haley of Mountain House, Shanetta Tarver of Greenville and Joshua Anderson of Redding, Calif.

Esterlene was preceded in death by her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Donnie Jones; eight siblings, excluding her surviving baby sister; her husband, Elder J.A. Tarver; her son, William A. Tarver; her daughter-in-law, Carolyn Tarver; and her grandson, William A. Tarver II.
