GREENVILLE —
Robert Glenn Clark, 61, of Campbell passed away May 25, 2011.
He was born Dec. 20, 1949, in Greenville to Cecil and Maurine (Lindsey) Clark.
Robert was a 1969 graduate of Greenville High School. He owned and operated Clark’s TV in Celeste and Farmersville for many years, until his retirement in 2007
Robert “Papa C” loved time with his grandkids camping, going to the beach and Nascar races. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his many friends at Hartline’s Driving Range and Texas Golf Carts where he helped in the daily operations of the business.
He is survived by daughter Steffani Motyka, son-in-law Tommy Motyka, and grandchildren Halli, Trey, and Logan Motyka of Bastrop; daughter Heather Dixon and grandchildren Hannah and Melissa Dixon of Celeste; his mother of Greenville; two brothers, Jim Clark and wife Bess of Greenville and Dennis Clark and wife Paula of Rockwall; sister Diann Hammack and husband Kirk of Greenville; and many nieces and nephews.
Robert was preceded in death by his father, grandparents Foy “Pop” and Eula Parish and Alfred Louis and Tressie Clark.
Services are at 2 p.m. today at Higher Trails Cowboy Church near Merit.
Pallbearers will be longtime friends, Jim Coker, Calvin Graham, Kenny Hartline, Kent McCutchen, Buck McDonald, Harold “Cowboy” Robinson and Paul Stroud.
