GREENVILLE —
Helen Currin, 88, of Greenville passed away Dec. 11, 2012, at Legend Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the Coker-Mathews Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Jim Corbet officiating. Interment will follow at Brigham Cemetery .
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Born July 12, 1924, in Fannin County, Helen was the daughter of Hobart and Felicia (Walls) Langley. On Jan. 3, 1945, in Commerce, she married James Darrell Currin; and she was a homemaker.
She was a member of Greenville Bible Church.
Her survivors include sons Mike Currin of Greenville and David Currin of Grand Saline; brother Bill Langley of Commerce; sister Linda Masters of Missouri; and grandchildren Todd, Gina, Craig and Rodney Currin and Channa Waldroup.
She was preceded in death by her husband, son James Currin and granddaughter Stacey Cude.
Pallbearers will be Jaron Cude, Austin Cude, Johnie Jackson and Pete Nicholson.
