GREENVILLE — ROYSE CITY — Dorothy Louise Sexton, 86, of Royse City passed away on Feb. 9, 2013 in Rowlett.

Services will be 2 p.m. on Thursday at the High Point Assembly of God in Royse City. Interment will follow service at Royse City Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at Lynch Funeral Home in Caddo Mills.

She was born Jan. 8, 1927, to Adolphus Grover and Nancy Cummings in Royse City.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Larry Cummings and wife Rita Gail, Rita Geiser and husband Herman, Jerry Hancock and wife Candice, and Lester Hancock; stepsons, Leland, Ronnie and Mark Sexton; 23 grandchildren and many great- and great-great-grandchildren. Dorothy is also survived by her loving pet, Ringo.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Aubrey Sexton; stepsons, Hugh, Dean and Clarence Sexton; brothers, Adalih, Elmer, Wilford, Herman, Elbert, and Thurman Cummings; and sister, Mamie Sigmon. .
