Ila Mae Ingram, 83, of Garland passed away Aug. 8, 2012, in Irving.
She was born Dec. 4, 1928, in Knox County, Texas, to L.E. Heath Sr. and Annie Arp Heath.
She was a devoted mother and granny, retired stock clerk of Resistol Co., and was a member of Freeman Heights Baptist Church. Ila attended Caddo Mills High School in her teen years where she enjoyed serving as a Fox cheerleader.
Surviving are two daughters, Carol McMellon and husband Charles and Nancy Taft and husband Richard; grandsons Michael, Steven, Gary, Jason, Jeffrey and Allen; and great-granddaughters Kaitlyn, Hailey, Hannah, Kyla Mae, Jaedynn and Miley Ann.
Her funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Freeman Heights Baptist Church in Garland. Interment will follow at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Caddo Mills.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Lynch Funeral Home in Caddo Mills.
