Bertha Nowlain Matthies, 90, of Jacksboro passed away Nov. 10, 2012,
Bertha was born in Paducah, Texas on June 12, 1922. She worked as a waitress for many years. She was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are her son Robert Steiner of Runaway Bay Texas; and grandchildren Tammy Jackman, Kelly Williams, Christi Steiner, Amy Adams and Rhonda Yother.
Graveside services are at 2 p.m. today at Royse City Cemetery.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Lynch Funeral Home in Caddo Mills, which is in charge of services.
