COOPER —
Adam Glen King, 29, of Cooper passed away Nov. 8, 2012 at his home.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today in the First Baptist Church of Cooper. Rev. Mike Eason will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of the Delta Funeral Home.
Adam was born in Dallas on July 13, 1983, the son of Rickey Glen King and Kimberly Grant King.
He had lived in Cooper and Ben Franklin all of his life and was a member of the Cross Spur Cowboy Church in Sulphur Springs.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Harold Grant.
Adam is survived by his parents, Kim King of Cooper and Rickey and Carolyn King of Winnsboro; a sister, Kailey Bowman and husband Jacob of Cooper; a grandmother, Pat Grant of Cooper; a brother, Kaden King of Winnsboro; a stepbrother, Talion Sharp of Winnsboro; and several aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Scottish Rite Hospital.
