Funeral services for Mrs. Patsy Oneta Lewis Harrell, 73-year-old Celeste resident, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday July 31, 2012, at the Celeste Church of Christ. Charles Wrenn will officiate. Burial will be in the Celeste/Hogeye Cemetery.
Family visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Tuesday at the church.
Mrs. Harrell was born July 19, 1939, at Melissa. Her parents were Leon and Inez Luna Lewis. She was married to Paul Thomas Harrell, Sr. on June 29, 1956, in Greenville.
She was a member of the Celeste Church of Christ and she worked as a secretary in the truck maintenance business.
She passed away Saturday July 28, 2012 at the Life Care Center of Plano.
She is survived by her son, Paul Thomas Harrell, Jr. of Celeste; her daughter, Charlotte Palmer of Winfield, Ala.; her sisters, Rita Fikes of Eldridge, Ala. and Becky Pilkerton of Garland; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters and brother, Jeanette Prince, Shirley Williams, Charlotte Lewis and Delwine Lewis.
