GREENVILLE —
Wilma A. Thomas, 96, of Greenville passed away Oct. 23, 2012, at Briarcliff Health Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Coker-Mathews Funeral Home chapel with Randy Daw officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park Cemetery.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Born July 6, 1916, in Greenville, Wilma was the daughter of Tom W. and Ruth (LeFan) Chambliss. She was a member of Johnson Street Church of Christ.
Her survivors include her son, Gordon Thomas and wife Shirley of Greenville; daughter Rene Thomas of Greenville; grandsons Steve Thomas of Greenville and Brett Thomas of Dallas; and great-grandson Austin Thomas of Greenville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
Pallbearers will be Farrell Nalls, Jim Morris, Glen Little, Lynn Hudson, Don Angell and Dixon Latham.
