GREENVILLE —
Wilma Poteet, 92, of Greenville passed away Sept. 2, 2012, at her residence.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Coker-Mathews Funeral Home chapel with Bobby Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Born Jan. 22, 1920, near Honey Grove, Wilma was the daughter of George and Lula (Price) Womack. On May 2, 1941, in Durant, Okla., she married Vestice Poteet.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Presbyterian faith.
Her survivors include her daughter, Latricia Kadry and husband Ahmed, and grandson Stephen Kadry, all of Garland.
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
