GREENVILLE — Additional details are expected to be released today concerning the death of Lightning Medicine Cloud, a rare, white, non-albino, male buffalo considered sacred by Native Americans.
A press conference is scheduled for noon at the Lakota Ranch, just outside of Greenville, where Lightning Medicine Cloud was born one year ago and where his body and that of his mother were found earlier this week.
