Hydick, self-taught artist and successful businessman, has traveled all over the United States capturing the beauty that he sees in the scenery and people that surround him and helping to boost businesses on the brink of disaster. Hydick, born in Buffalo, New York, was so enamored with Greenville that he decided to retire here some 20 years ago.
